GoogleGeorge and his team where first class. Very professional, yet personable at the same time. Outstanding service from all. It does pay to go for a larger organisation, as they have the resources to pick up enquires when it got really busy. In summary, highly recommended.

Lisa went above & beyond on every single aspect required to ensure customer satisfaction. She was very friendly, extremely helpful (with every single query I had), and her professionalism shone at all times. It was a real pleasure to have been lucky enough to have Lisa as my ‘champion’ throughout the whole process with Your Move. Thank you Lisa for everything you did to make the process as seamless as possible. I will always remember your dedication & commitment to helping me through it all. GoogleGreat experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. They were able to process our move quickly and took the stress out of the purchase. To top it off, they provided a lovely gift parcel to go with the keys. Really great service! A special mention to Jodi, who was a real pleasure to deal with and always made us feel confident things were going well.

GoogleI'm really glad I went to Your Move for help looking for a house. After some bad experiences elsewhere I found exactly what I was looking for, and Sophie was wonderful throughout the whole thing. There were a couple of blips along the way that were really upsetting, and despite how difficult it must have been for her, Sophie made sure to keep me updated and offered support at every turn. I really appreciated this as she did not need to be so kind, blips must happen all the time in this industry. I thought it was a really nice touch that they also give you a card and a little welcome box full of treats once you move into your house. Thank you all very much, I will never forget this experience that has improved my life so much after a difficult couple of years.
Hi Alana, thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure working with you and we all hope you will have many happy years in your new home 🤍 …

GoogleI have emailed (3x), called twice, visited the office (Sophie was “out”) and have been ignored/zero response when inquiring about a particular rental. I am astounded at the lack of any response whatsoever over the course of 3 weeks.

GoogleSophie Maxtone has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, as a first time renter it was reassuring knowing I never have to wait long for a response. Would happily go with her and her colleagues again for my next move, whenever that may be!
