GoogleRubbish experience as potential buyer when trying to arrange a viewing for Barlandfaulds Street in Kilsyth. No reply to various emails and when lucky enough to get through on the phone advised only one time mid day for viewings as that’s when they are “going anayway” advised they don’t offer weekend viewings.

GoogleAmazing customer service, always calling to give me updates on a house I’ve ended up renting after struggling to find somewhere else to move for 2.5 years, Fiona was really keen to help me out and Gillian was also lovely too. Even got picture updates of the bathroom being done up for before I moved in. Thank you so much for helping me and my kids get our new home x

GoogleSent an email and left a voicemail with the goal to purchase a property through Your Move Estate agents in Falkirk for cash. Received a call back the next morning from a lady who at first did not want to identify herself, after repeatedly asking her name she at first responded with "I am from Your Move Estate Agents" then on the 3rd or 4th time reluctantly told me her name was Jodi. Was completely condescending from the first sentence. Was very uncomfortable call where she demanded answers to quite sensitive questions and seemed to somehow combine a haughty/posh and really uneducated manner all at the same time. I knew the building for sale quite well as I live a few doors down from it and had instructed my solicitor to make an offer. Jodi insisted that was "Not how it was done" and that I must view it first and refused to listen to my plea to just make an offer while still demanding answers to sensitive questions. She then accused me of having a "tone" with her, which to be fair at that point in the conversation was probably true. Had had enough of her nonsense and told her did not want to do business with her and instead of passing me to someone else the phone was disconnected. Didn't even bother to ask the amount of my offer which would have been £10 000 over asking.

GoogleI rarely leave reviews but with buying my first house it really felt like Your Move went above and beyond for me, especially Jodie and Garry. I was a real anxious fish out of water like anyone is for their first house and they both helped me with every step finding my forever home and getting me in contact with everyone I needed to prepare. Highly recommend and can't thank them enough!

GoogleMy wife and I recently moved up to Scotland from England. Searching for a house mostly remotely with limited ability to view properties at short notices is a challenge but the team in Your Move Falkirk made it easier with their great communication and prompt and helpful responses to our questions. We mainly dealt with Fiona who was a pleasure to work with and really helped getting everything sorted in a short amount of time. We would definitely recommend their service.

GoogleGreat experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. They were able to process our move quickly and took the stress out of the purchase. To top it off, they provided a lovely gift parcel to go with the keys. Really great service! A special mention to Jodi, who was a real pleasure to deal with and always made us feel confident things were going well.
