I recently had an issue with my washing machine completely breaking down and within just one morning after being notified of the issue, Elaine was able to liaise with the landlord to get it replaced. Not only was it the solution I was hoping for, but Elaine expressed sympathy for my situation at the same time which was reassuring. I am very pleased with the outcome and couldnβt have asked for a better service.

This team of people are so professional, efficient, very quick and responsive to any of my requests or questions Ive had over the 12 Years.
