GooglePleased to be able to contribute a positive review for the Dunfermline branch, especially as our tenancy comes to an end. It has been over 2 years since we moved into the property and Mathew has been consistently communicative and on top of all issues we notified him of. We appreciated that this 1:1 management allowed us to build up an acquaintance over that time. It also meant a lot that he made time for cuddles with our dog during his visits, as she can be a bit nervous with people in her space. All in all, the Dunfermline branch restored my good opinion of letting agencies in general. Wishing Mathew all the best for the future :)
