I had a non traditional build property to sell which limited my options as Ian let me know so I didn't pursue the sealed bid option due to a cash buyer coming forward . I can't comment much on viewings as these ended pretty quickly but these were organised quickly and clearly.
The marketing spread was good with near perfect pictures and excellent 3d options.
