GoogleWe cannot rate Your Move Elgin highly enough so have had to limit this to just 5 stars :-). All the staff we had dealings with were swift and accurate. They were also patient and very helpful in guiding us older generation through the current processes. The brochure, photos and floor plan were accurate first time around. Viewings were professionally handled, backed up with a confirmatory e-mail - every time, without exception. We would have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else if we were ever selling again. In short, perfect. Many thanks to all the team in Your Move Elgin.

GoogleJust moved into a new rental property. Mathew dealt with us and he was extremely informative, very quick at replying and very polite. We phoned into the branch a few times and the team were lovely too. Moving can be nerve racking but they kept us up to date and I couldn’t recommend your move enough. Will definitely use your move in future.

GoogleI recently had an issue with the boiler in my property, and Elaine Thompson at Your Move Edinburgh was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was extremely kind, courteous, and quick to respond. Whist these situations are rare and often unavoidable, having someone as professional and responsive as Elaine made all the difference From the moment I reported the issue, she was on the ball with organising the repair and kept me informed at every stage. It was clear she genuinely cared about resolving the problem efficiently, and her professionalism made the whole experience so much less stressful. I really appreciate her help and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

GoogleHonest straight forward no fuss… Honest straight forward no fuss company. Had an amazing experience and sold our property within 12hrs thanks to Glenn. From start to finish the most simple and easy process made selling my house feel like I was selling nothing more than a product on fb market. Highly recommend also sort you out with a solicitor. Added bonus for ease to save you looking for one. Put the house on the market and took about 8 weeks or so to recive funds in my account. Not many estate agents out there can say the same.

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We met Leslie when we popped into Your Move in Stirling and she was just absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming, and smiley from the moment we walked in. She showed us around a property (or possibly two!) and was fantastic throughout, friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. She mentioned she was new to the job, maybe even her first week, but honestly you'd never have known, she made us feel totally at ease and was a real pleasure to deal with. We didn’t end up buying through Your Move, but we really wanted to leave a review because Leslie made such a positive impression. She’s a real asset to the team!

GoogleI have just sold my flat through Your Move in Stirling. George and team were very helpful and went above and beyond on several occasions - for example recommending decorators and removers to prepare the flat for sale. We don't live locally and they also forwarded on post and took the final metre reading. A very professional and friendly service.
