GoogleI can only say that Faye and Chloe have been extremely helpful. They always were professional, but with a friendliness which is so rare these days. When I phoned and asked for something it was dealt with. I never had to phone back or remind them.They were always right on the case. And Faye is a great negotiator. I am pretty certain that it is Faye's great experience with clients that I have to thank her for getting my new home.

GoogleWe have used Your Move, Elgin for many years and have always been provided with excellent service. During this time we have naturally faced a few challenges along the way but have always benefitted from a positive response and support. We have never had a problem with any of the tenants that Your Move have found for us; no defaults in payment or damage to the property which is testimony to the care with which Your Move screen prospective tenants. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending the Tenant Finding Service that Your Move Elgin provide.

They not only successfully secured a new tenant for my property in an impressive 27 days, but they also provided excellent, up-to-date market recommendation. Their advice on a new market rental rate was spot on and resulted in a great agreement being secured. What really stood out was their efficiency. They consolidated all the necessary paperwork into a single, smooth office visit, which allowed me at the same time collect a new set of keys to start my planned renovations that weekend. GoogleI would definitely recommend using Your Move if you are selling a property.George kept me fully informed of any interest in my property and kept me up to date with all viewings and feedback from potential buyers as he personally took care of the viewings.Victoria in the office was also extremely helpful too. I chose Your Move because it was handy for me being based in town although it was easy to keep in touch and any phone calls or queries were promptly dealt with.
