GoogleJust viewed a rental property with this agent and was appauled to find the kitchen/dining wall alive with mold (black) covereding an area of over 1m. Agent said it was "historical and would be treated". Properties have legal standards for habitation, do better!

As explained during the viewing, the issue you referenced relates to a historic leak which has already been fully repaired. The previous tenants have now vacated the property, and remedial works are currently underway to treat and redecorate the affected area.
The visible marking is staining resulting from the previous leak rather than ongoing damp. We appreciate that it may not have appeared at its best during the viewing; however, the necessary repairs have been completed and cosmetic restoration is in progress.
As a company, we would not market or let a property with an ongoing leak or mould issue. We are fully aware of, and operate in line with, current housing legislation and habitability standards.
We take all property condition concerns seriously and ensure that any issues are resolved appropriately before a tenancy commences.

GoogleUnprofessional and untrustworthy!My partner Caitlin( left a review which "Your move" denied ever dealing with) and I found it extremely frustrating when dealing with the female estate agent who failed to call back and keep us informed after making promises to do so. We spent weeks chasing up this person who failed to deliver on her promises. In my opinion I would stay well clear and find a professional estate agent.
