GoogleI couldn't recommend Your Move Dalgety Bay enough. I had such a smooth experience with the team especially Victoria, David and Cormac. Their communication was excellent through out. Google100 % all the way for Elgin yourmove. Nicoya & Danial were fantastic and easy to deal with for our sale Communication was fantastic. We went live around 2pm on the Tuesday an were sold by 11 am on the Thursday. I would say to anybody to use yourmove in Elgin as they offer the full package and make it easy

GoogleJust viewed a rental property with this agent and was appauled to find the kitchen/dining wall alive with mold (black) covereding an area of over 1m. Agent said it was "historical and would be treated". Properties have legal standards for habitation, do better!
Thank you for your feedback. As explained during the viewing, the issue you referenced relates to a historic leak which has already been fully repaired. The previous tenants have now vacated the property, and remedial works are currently underway to treat and redecorate the affected area. The visible marking is staining resulting from the previous leak rather than ongoing damp. We appreciate that it may not have appeared at its best during the viewing; however, the necessary repairs have been completed and cosmetic restoration is in progress. As a company, we would not market or let a property with an ongoing leak or mould issue. We are fully aware of, and operate in line with, current housing legislation and habitability standards. We take all property condition concerns seriously and ensure that any issues are resolved appropriately before a tenancy commences.

Friendly and knowledgeable support- great photos and most importantly they secured an offer nearly 80% above what other companies were suggesting we put the house to auction to! GoogleUnprofessional and untrustworthy!My partner Caitlin( left a review which "Your move" denied ever dealing with) and I found it extremely frustrating when dealing with the female estate agent who failed to call back and keep us informed after making promises to do so. We spent weeks chasing up this person who failed to deliver on her promises. In my opinion I would stay well clear and find a professional estate agent.
We have contacted your partner, Caitlin, on several occasions and have received no response. We take all feedback seriously and pride ourselves on maintaining professional communication standards. However, without any response to our outreach, we are unable to investigate or address the concerns raised.
