GoogleOnly met Brogan once and put an offer in straight away so have had minimal F2F contact but telephone contact very prompt and efficient. Other staff I've dealt with on the phone have been equally helpful. My purchase didn't involve any chains or financial complications so was very quick thanks to all concerned!

GoogleOur experience with Your Move has been excellent in terms of securing a quick sale on good terms with regular staff contact. In common with other property agents they promote the services of associated solicitors about whom we cannot comment, having used our own firm. Your Move is highly recommended.

GoogleI have booked viewing of several apartments. The agent was late for the appointment and in the branch I was informed that none of the nice places is available (they are still offered as available on the website after a month), they proposed viewing of some ugly and expensive alternative properties for the following week. I asked them to delete all my information and never contact me again - still receiving the emails with rent offers.

GoogleApparently arranging an appointment to sell my home a week before, and having an email saying "It's in the diary, Please find details of your Valuation appointment below." doesnt mean you have an appointment. I had once missed call from your move stirling in the morning, by the time i called back a few hours later Debbie told me this doesnt mean the appointment is confirmed and they have been trying to contact me for 2 days ... looking back on my call history this is nonsense. No calls from them except the morning of the appointment day to be told they no longer have a slot. Go with Homelink instead; I called them and they are visiting me this afternoon, something "your move" cant even achieve with a weeks notice.

GoogleWere very slow to respond to our request for a quote to list our house and then when they found out we'd listed elsewhere the agent couldn't help himself with a disparaging comment about the property. Part and parcel with the house buying process i'm afraid and competition is extremely healthy so this kind of attitude isn't warranted. I've not gone for 1 star as i dealt with them previously for the house purchase and the receptionist was pleasant.

After meeting three top estate agents , I wasn't happy with their valuation , didn't think they gave its true value, which is one of the reasons I decided to go with U move .On entry I found the staff to very helpful , friendly, making me feel at ease . The office was very inviting ,clean and tidy and there was an air of efficiency about it. This was due partly to Jacquie the manageress, who runs a tight ship.I knew she was the one for me with a confidence and determination that she exudes. As it turned out, I made the right decision ,the property sold within a week receiving an excellent price .Jacquie , Jill and Juels handled the sale well .communication was very good giving me excellent advice .Thanks U Move

GoogleI've used Your Move Dalkeith twice to sell my property, and have found them to be extremely professional and helpful on both occasions. This is balanced nicely with being some of the friendliest people I've ever met. Lisa, Liz, Jillian and Andrea have all been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in selling my house. Every communication and interaction with them has been pleasant and well-advised, and they helped me to sell for more than the valuation price of my house, significantly higher than the asking price.
