GoogleWould give ZERO stars but it's unfortunately not possible! This malevolent and disingenuous business is a disgraceful embarrassment due to their deeming it appropriate and acceptable to, as part of their standard business practice, actively engage in unsolicited communications in multiple forms. Further added to their disgraceful unsolicited communications are their absurd claims of having "a full database of tenants looking for a property that matches your description". Such statement is ludicrous and unquantifiable and designed to intentionally mislead. No such thing as a "full database" exists and any alleged fullness is subjective perception as opposed to quantifiable facts of reality. Equally, to aver that such alleged "full database" has "tenants looking for a property that matches your description" is another intentionally misleading fallacy purported by the rogues of this business for the sole purpose of implying that this malevolent business has a large list of tenants contained in their "full database" that are actively waiting or wanting to move into a property that matches the description. The absurdity of this proposition is nonsense despite it being worded in a fallacious and intentionally misleading way. If this malevolent business believes their unsolicited drivel is acceptable then it is suggested that this business is wholly unfit for purpose and if you have an asset requiring looked after, take your business anywhere but here. There are significant number of letting agent business locally who do not engage in the same unsolicited actions, therefore stay clear of this place if you value your asset.

FacebookThis was my first time selling and i was terrified! The Your Move in Dunfermline were fantastic really looked after me! My first initial contact was with Ross and he was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Explained every step and had had examples for each, really felt satisfied with all the information i was given any question i could think was andwered before i could even ask! Tamare and Emma were a delight to deal with keeping me up to date with everything! And just great to have a good chat with bubbly, happy and positive! Really lovely girls! Only negative is i now dont to get to have a daily chat with this lovely bunch! Thanks guys!

GoogleExtremely unhelpful. Put an offer in for a house first, which I was told was first come first serve. Was told they would get back to me once they'd spoken to the landlord. Next day still hadn't heard anything. Phoned up to be told the property was given to someone else, and a voicemail had been left for me- not true. I didn't get any missed calls or voicemails. Just trying to cover their own back. Awful company with awful customer service. Won't be using them again.

GoogleVery poor service from Mike Mceuan. Had to pull out of one property as he picked wrong and advised the mortage to take. Then did not advise me on things about second property so deal was put con hold resulting in lost of money. Raised a compliant and slammed the phone down. Would advise all not to use him. Complaint is still ongoing to head of complaints team

GoogleNot impressed. Provisionally agreed a site visit to Reiver Homes March Mount re bungalow development with a view to buying. Rihannah made the appointment on 15th Dec for a visit on 16th at 11am. The appointment would be confirmed later. No confirmation received. So I rang Your Move 9:15 on 16th prior to boarding a bus to come and visit. Amazed and disappointed that Your Move had no record of our planned site visit and could not accommodate us at time agreed. One star only given as no option to give zero stars.

GoogleAbsolute worst company I have ever leased my house with. The customer service from the branch staff through to the customer care team are a disgrace. Recently this "company" allowed a tenant to destroy furniture and belongings in a fully furnished property and have completely washed there hands of any wrong doing or compensation. Elaine at the branch is useless I have asked her on 4 different occasions to forward on a valuation of the house that was completed and I am still waiting on it. Just want to sell the house now because leasing the property is such a chore with this company. The monthly payment from them is supposed to go in on the 14th, it's now the 16th and there is still no sign of it, hopefully it goes in before our mortgage is due out but with YourMove I don't hold out much hope. When I initially raised the complaint I received an email back from Marion Hunter who is the area sales manager, I think she might be a robot because she just copies and pastes her generic response no matter how much you try and explain your concerns. After giving up with Marion, I have since been dealing with Brian Moran, the area lettings director of Scotland and he has promised I will see this valuation soon, let's hope he is not as useless as his staff. I have only asked for it to be emailed, surely can't take that long. All in all, I would advise going with anyone other than YourMove, there are plenty estate agents in the area. Save yourself the hassle.

GoogleWith a clear conscience I give it 5 stars. Thanks to their help, I bought an apartment in 1.5 months. They took care of all the formalities from start to finish, from contact with the developer to signing the contract with the bank.
