GoogleI recently purchased a property that was represented by Your Move Dundee. I had made arrangements to pop by the office on a Saturday morning to pick-up the keys to my new flat. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office no one was there, though the office was suppose to be open from 9am-1pm, and it was just after 11am. So in a follow-up communication I asked if they could courier the house keys to me or make some special arrangements, so that I won't have to leave my usual 8:30am-5pm employment to pick-up the keys. They did not make any special arrangements and seemed rather unconcerned about the difficulties that this caused for me. In the end, I gave up and took time off work to go pick-up the keys myself. Ultimately, what should have been a really pleasant moment in my life (as this was my first home purchase) became a difficult event, where customer service was none existent and I was made to feel like no one cared. Needless to say, I have no desire to ever do business with Your Move Dundee again.

So many friends have commented on how quickly and smoothly everything went compared to there pervious experiences!
