GoogleRonan is great in the Dundee branch not only professional but very understanding and friendly ! Highly recommend him to deal with . Flat is very clean and welcome bottle of vino and card was nice touch .. few maintenance issues but non urgent x Thank you so much x Karen , Joe & Matt x

GoogleI recently purchased a property that was represented by Your Move Dundee. I had made arrangements to pop by the office on a Saturday morning to pick-up the keys to my new flat. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office no one was there, though the office was suppose to be open from 9am-1pm, and it was just after 11am. So in a follow-up communication I asked if they could courier the house keys to me or make some special arrangements, so that I won't have to leave my usual 8:30am-5pm employment to pick-up the keys. They did not make any special arrangements and seemed rather unconcerned about the difficulties that this caused for me. In the end, I gave up and took time off work to go pick-up the keys myself. Ultimately, what should have been a really pleasant moment in my life (as this was my first home purchase) became a difficult event, where customer service was none existent and I was made to feel like no one cared. Needless to say, I have no desire to ever do business with Your Move Dundee again.

GoogleI had the best experience getting my first mortgage with Joanna Ritchie! I went into this process knowing nothing about how to get a mortgage and Joanne assisted me and my partner throughout the whole experience! No question too small or big! So many friends have commented on how quickly and smoothly everything went compared to there pervious experiences! I am a really anxious and impatient person but joanna made me feel comfortable and her communication was fantastic! I personally will use joanna at your move in the future! Thank you so much for everything!

GoogleI sold my property in Dundee through Your Move. Their knowledge of the local market is outstanding. Whereas other estate agents had said my property will take a long time to sell, they turned it around in weeks. Ian and Ronnie were always available to answer my questions as well.

GoogleCan't fault Your Move at all. Carol has been great. Got our flat rented out quickly. She and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to deal with and you always get a nice response. Been using them for years and hopefully for some time to come. Recommended to me and have been happy, would recommend myself too.

Google8 months of no heating. During winter! A leaking ceiling when raining. Little to no communication. Abysmal service. Stay away. Look at the Facebook page post from visitors. Worst company to rent from ever.
