GoogleAn excellent, professional service provided by Lisa, Callum and Liz. The team demonstrated expert knowledge of the local residential market conditions, made the production of the information pack, survey and photographs seem effortless; arranged and conducted the viewings efficiently and advised on all aspects of the legal processes involved. Would highly recommend Yourmove Dalkeith when buying / selling in the Midlothian area.

GoogleI recently viewed a property with your move. Natalie was the one who took this and she made our viewing a breath of fresh air especially with it being our first ever house viewing . GoogleFrom my initial meeting with Lisa at the start of an extensive refurbishment a year prior to the marketing of the property, the support I have received has been fantastic! Within moments of meeting Lisa, I had decided that she and her team would be marketing my property. Lisa's local knowledge meant that she was able to advise on the priorities for my refurbishment. One year later, I invited Lisa back to see the results of the refurbishment and I asked she and her team to be the sole agents for the property. I couldn't have imagined that the day following the appearance of my property on their website, that it would receive a request to view. What is even more incredible is that this viewing (made at 7.30am and facilited by Andrea-thank you!) resulted in an offer that was made above the asking price and all within the day of the viewing! Even more incredibly, this potential buyer ticked every imagined box that any seller could wish to have: first time buyer with mortgage in place and what was especially important was that I wanted to sell to someone who would love it enough to want to make it their home and not buy to let it themselves. So just 5 days after my property was marketed, I had agreed to sell to the first person who had requested a viewing! Some might say that I was very lucky and I would agree, but I would also add that having an interest in any property at the time it is marketed can only result in a sale where there is a dedicated team who are marketing the property in the best way. Lisa, Andrea and Liz had taken time not only to find out what I had wanted, but also to find out about their potential buyer. I cannot believe how successful they have been in bringing he and I together! For other potential vendors, there is minimal stress when selling a property via Your Move. A questionnaire, which forms the basis of the Home Report provides the vendor with the opportunity to inform a potential buyer of the property's energy efficiency re energy etc, but the vendor can also use the report to add as much information as they wish - as I did when listing all of the details of my property's refurbishment. The legal team of Gilson Gray, which works in close partnership with Your Move guided me through the legal paperwork when I verbally accepted the offer to purchase my property - Jean was fantastic, regularly sending me emails to keep me informed and up-to-date on the progress of the sale. Everything was made as easy and as stress-free as possible. There's a belief that some people will make major decisions based upon 'gut feeling' i.e. 'the ten second rule'. I can honestly say that from my first ten seconds in the company of Lisa and her colleagues Andrea and Liz one year ago, I knew that I wanted them to market my property. They are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My only sadness is that I am unlikely to be in a position to employ their services again as, I have no other properties to sell. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

GoogleI have let before and this experience was stress free and efficient. One member of staff handling your move who phones sometimes just to put your mind at ease. The referencing is very simple and doesn't involve digging out lots of paperwork to substantiate. They also look towards the future and will give advice on buying schemes within your budget. GoogleI have had several encounters with Your Move, Dalkeith as myself and my parter are in the process of buying a property which was advertised through Your Move. Every person I have spoken to over the phone has always been friendly and helpful. I have had most interactions with Calum who helped me set up viewings and answered any questions we had. He has been great at keeping us up to date with things even when it’s not been his place to and has always been more than willing to help in areas he could. He has made our experience as seamless as possible and couldn’t be happier with the service he has provided.

GoogleI've recently purchased my first home and I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. Everyone was friendly and so helpful anytime I came in or called up with a question..... And being a first time buyer there were lots of questions! I would highly recommend Your move in Dalkeith to anyone looking at properties etc. Callum was great and so helpful, answered all my questions and happy to help with second viewings and fitting me in when ever he had a space to view the house or talk through questions. 5 star rating is not high enough!!

Lisa, Liz , Andrea and Natalie are always very welcoming and highly professional, and when a tenant moves out they have always had someone else lined up. Brilliant service and a great team. I highly recommend them .

GoogleI was selling my parent house and was a bit apprehensive. I decided to use YourMove Dalkeith, as it was recommended by a couple of friends, and it was local and they knew the area well. I met Andrea and she went through the whole process in detail , and recommending the best options for me. Andrea was excellent at organising valuations, surveys, photographs, viewings etc , and basically took care of everything. The property sold in a couple of weeks and at a price way above my expectations. The regional manager was also in contact with me during the process to ensure I was happy with the service I was receiving. Andrea and the rest of the girls at Your Move Dalkeith, were welcoming, and professional at all times. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move Dalkeith. John Wilson

She was warm,friendly and engaging, providing an informal, effective and efficient service coupled with such professionalism that instilled confidence in us for the Dalkeith branch to sell our family home. It was a challenging time for our family to sell our late parents home but Andrea went the extra mile, treating us with kindness and sensitivity throughout the whole process. She communicated with us regularly keeping us up to date with everything. Nothing was a bother and we achieved a fantastic end result. I really can't recommend her and the team at Dalkeith enough.
