GoogleI am moving in with my partner early next year and called to discuss how much I could rent my property out for, I did this with several local agents. I spoke with the Lettings Manager who actually had a discussion with me and never actually threw figures at me. No other agent provided as much information regarding renting out my property. I will be getting Your Move out early next year to market my property when I move.

GoogleAppalling service and non-existent communication with regards to letting my property on two separate occasions this year. Following many successful and non-eventful years working with the Linlithgow branch, upon its closure earlier this year, I was advised Falkirk would take-over the management of my rental property. I have found them to be unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. Emails are not replied to and 'phonecalls are frequently not returned, above all by the Lettings Manager, Gillian Law. As a client, it was left to me to be proactive and to keep on top of things, and doing so from overseas was frustrating and begged me to ask the question, why pay a fee for a non-existent service? I gave them the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion but ended up wasting time and energy in the hope they would smarten up their act. On a technical point, I also required to correct their legal team with regards to interpretation of their own lease and the legislation that indicates the end of a tenancy - they would have had it end two days early, which was not the case and would have had me lose 2 days rent. Only upon indicating I would no longer proceed with their service did this trigger the Lettings Manager, Gillian, to contact me, after a complete disregard to previous emails and messages I'd left. Very disappointing. Since changing agents, I now pay half the fee, and have a much more professional and personal service. Don't be fooled by the reputation of this large and well-known agency - I would advise you to look around and avoid at all costs using the lettings team at Your Move Falkirk.

GoogleI have been looking to rent a property since returning to Scotland after many years abroad. I have my own feelings about estate agents and usually they are not very good. I contacted a few estate agents on my return and found them to be a mixed bag. I popped into your move in Falkirk even though I am not looking in that are. I am sorry I was given a couple of names but didn't take them down which was my own fault but please accept my apologies for that. The first girl I spoke to was heavily pregnant, she was lovely made me feel welcome and I felt that she gave me all her attention while I was there even though I did say I was just looking for some advice. There was a girl called Gillian she was one of the managers, she gave me fantastic advice about renting and things that have changed in Scotland since I have been away. What made this service extra special was that both these girls cleary understood that they were not getting a sale from me but were both still very willing to help. You almost made me want to move to Falkirk so I could do business with you guys. I did say almost lol. Thanks for a great service and starting to change my mind about estate agents. Robbie

GoogleYour Move operate a really friendly and efficient team in Falkirk. They explained the process to us clearly and once appointed made a really big effort to market and sell our house. They managed a huge number of viewing appointments effortlessly and kept us informed and updated along the way which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend them for sale of a property in the Falkirk area.

GoogleGreat Mortgage Service!! I went to my existing bank to discuss a new mortgage deal. Corin Gunnis offered me a better deal with my existing bank than they were prepared to offer me as an existing customer! Corin then offered my a deal with another lender which in total will save me £3000 over the five year term! I signed the application forms on the 21st December, and the mortgage offer was emailed to me on the 7th January! A seamless, hassle-free service!

GoogleWayne has helped my fiance and I to sell our house. So we could buy a larger house all in the same time as planning our wedding. I must thank wayne and all the girls at the office for there help. If it was not for them it would have been hard trying to plan our wedding at the same time as trying to sell our home to upgrade. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent and i will definitely be using them again in the future. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN TEAM.

Even after the purchase of our home, we were still able to contact them regarding any after sale quibbles we had and they were fixed within the same hour!! GoogleWayne was a pleasure to deal with. His approach was professional and friendly, the information clear and accurate. The online schedule prepared by him secured us early viewings and we received an acceptable offer within a week. His valuation advice based on good knowledge of the current local market was spot on. Office staff were always pleasant and helpful. All in all a seamless process and a reasonable fee. We would certainly recommend.
