Particularly Vincent Keane who guided me through purchasing my first home showing meticulous attention to detail throughout the whole process - by far the most trustworthy and efficient mortgage advisor there is out there. GoogleOur agent was Vincent Keane. He was,professional, personable, efficient and honest not to mention his incredible knowledge. He had quite a challenge with us as we encountered so many problems with a seller pulling out of our deal and all sorts of covid related hitches, but Vincent just worked round everything and kept us informed every step of the way. We have had the most positive experience with Vincent and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He worked incredibly hard for us and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a house to contact Vincent. Yvonne and Malcolm.

They made sure they were available at any time throughout the selling process for me and overcame issues with my sale very professionally and were extremely supportive. Googlei was disappointed that we were served plastic knives forks and paper plates i font care what they think about there efforts to so called do the right thing with the most benign corona virus in the history of the world there response was over the top and they were using lurpack butter a vegetable oil as well as butter type butter totally rubbish i still think it's X good place but they need to buck there ideas up very disappointed

GoogleMy landlord recently decided to transfer the property I am renting to Your Move in Dumfries. Despite an ongoing mould and damp issue which has damaged my belongings and caused my asthma to worsen, I have received no financial support or compensation. Your Move has repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance, and instead told me to contact another company as this is not something they deal with. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing service, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
