GoogleContacted Your Move Elgin to sell my late father's flat. Daniel was very helpful with talking us through everything that would happen, he replied to emails very quickly and made the process a breeze. From contact the house was on the market within a week and a week and a half later we had an offer! Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone looking to sell

She was accessible at all times and responded to my many messages and emails promptly. Very kind and courteous in her management of the letting process. I was going through tough health times, however Ms. Thompson took care of the letting process and did an excellent professional job.A fantastic experience.

GoogleWe booked an initial appointment with Your Move to get a feel for the market and to see what their feel was for our property. The guy who came was here 15 minutes, brought no information with him, didn’t know there was a property for sale just a couple of doors down from us and we still haven’t had any costings or information from them four days later. I am guessing they didn’t want to market our property and it would have been great if they had just been straightforward with us rather than waste our time!!!! We had very different experiences with other Estate Agents and have gone elsewhere. I don’t mind that they didn’t want to represent us but some common courtesy would have been nice!

GoogleWe have looked at several properties in Wigtownshire and, despite not buying through Your Move Dumfries (we found a property which turned out to be more suitable elsewhere), we had the company leave a very good impression and we will gladly deal with them in the future. Stacia has been excellent at handling our enquiry and building rapport. She was friendly, accomodating and found time to show us the property on a day at at a time to suit us. So despite not buying through Your Move this time round, they are our first choice now and in the future. They seem to see a bigger picture - they want to be there for us whenever we need them in the future, not to just secure a sale today at any cost. This is how relationships are built: Your Move understand they may not have a suitable property today but understand they may get the custom in the future and genuinely look after their prospective customers. You can't ask for more. So a big thank you from both of us and please carry on doing an excellent job and I'm sure we will be in touch in the future! Lucas and Kat, Port William

GoogleSuzanne was great, from selling our house to giving us advice on the property we are buying. Suzanne was on the ball, acted quickly and was great at communicating progress. Suzanne also kept us appraised of all the feedback from viewers during the sales process and ensured our solicitor was also kept in the loop. I really appreciated the free add on service of doing the viewings for us when we were busy with the kids at the weekend.

GoogleI've got to say a huge thank you to Your Move Estate Agents in Dumfries for an all round first class experience through a relatively turbulent purchase. I worked with Stacia Henderson, and communication was just easy and flowing from the word go. She was always open to my needs & questions, and even connected me through to some other members of the team when I needed help on a rental valuation (big thanks to Chris McCutcheon as well). Most of all I'd say the positivity, friendliness and patience of Stacia kept the boat steady throughout. Highly recommend.
