GoogleOne of the only student accommodations that offer a proper studio room that is large in size for a fair price in comparison to other places around Teesside University.

GoogleWent to visit a friend that resides there. Let's say that's the best students accommodation in middlesbrough. Security and ambience on point. And it's proximity to school is an added advantage.

GoogleGood studio accommodations, helpful staff at the reception until 4pm, maintenance available. However, it gets extremely sweaty and a bit uncomfortable during summer’s due to ventilation issues.

GoogleFire Alarm sounds at all hours of the night, as of writing this it has gone off at 4 am, half the time it goes off multiple times in the same day and night. I get that it is the residents fault and not that of the staff but the fact that it is always someone smoking in their room after a night out and there are no punishments from the staff. its terrible in my opinion and I can not recommend it, especially for people who suffer from anxiety. you will be afraid to go to sleep.

GoogleI lived at Rede House for 3 years, Nicci was an amazing manager! She went above and beyond, one of the main reasons I stayed for 3 years. Neil was really good too, always happy to help.

GoogleI lived at Rede for my 3 years at Teesside and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Nicci and Neil do a fantastic job of running the building, whatever you need Neil is on hand to fix and Nicci is like your away from home mum! For Nicci it isn’t just about being the building manager it’s about the relationships she has with the students, always making sure they’re okay and someone to talk to if needed, whether that be about university or personal issues which I think is so comforting especially for people who are living away from home for the first time. Im happy I chose to stay at Rede during my time at Teesside, it definitely made the university experience! All around a fab place to live 😊

GoogleI really love my single bed studio, very comfy and private. The only issue is the common washer/dryer , if we can have more washers available , it would be perfect. Other than that, the location is lovely , and the staff are friendly.
Hi Rana, thank you for your lovely review. We will take your comments onboard regarding the laundry facilities! :) - Xenia Students

GoogleI have been living in my accommodation for the first year if my uni course and the highest praise I can give it is my deciding to stay here next year. The room is a nice size and has been kept in good condition, I haven’t had any trouble with any of the appliances or Wi-Fi and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering studying in Sunderland.

GoogleOne of the best student accommodations I've ever lived in and also super friendly staff literally couldn't have asked for more. The only thing that I don't like that it's like 20 minutes walking distance from my classes other than that everything is great.
