GoogleStaff are extremely helpful and happy to help with anything, the rooms at a great standard and I'm really happy with the building.

GoogleThe staff are really rude and when I first moved into my room it wasn’t even cleaned. Whenever I asked for help they the staff are always reluctant to help. For example when I asked them if I parcel came they would say “look at it yourself” this is a big problem because it means someone can just take other people parcels. Also the parcel collecting policy is really unhelpful as we can only collect it at certain times of the day, I hope this changes because some of us are busy.

GoogleAccommodation is good value for money with very helpful staff, Garry does a great job at cleaning the hallways and rec rooms, Neil is happy to help with anything regarding repairs and is very polite making sure to respect privacy and Nicci is welcoming and happy to help when she can. Overall great accommodation.

GoogleLived at rede house for 2 years now, spacious room for a fair price, great staff. Any maintenance issues are sorted quick and efficient by Neil. Nicci is very welcoming and helpful. Garry keeps the communal areas very clean. Overall, a great accommodation. :)

GoogleLived here for 3 years and if I could I wouldn't leave. Billy, Sarah and Amy go above and beyond for residents and are super friendly and approachable. Rooms are comfortable and generous in size. Ideal location for shopping, travel, leisure and close to uni campus.

GooglePlace is an absolute joke the fire alarm goes off once a week and no one is on site to sort it:) this is also a great waste of the fire services time who are forced to come out every week because someone burnt their toast.

GoogleSincere advice NEVER LIVE HERE!! Worst management ever worst experience ever. Never again with this rubbish place. Hot tap wasn't working and they didn't fix it for 4 months. Microwave not working not replaced for over 6 months.

GoogleXenia used to be great, when we first moved here it was the best accommodation I looked at, however, since both the building manager and the maintenance ‘left the company’ (presumably fired as started by someone who knows the team), the building has been falling into disrepair, they have broken MANY terms of our contract and due to the lack of maintainance our flat has been legally classed as uninhabitable for humans for months and has caused health effects on me and my partner. Almost everything they say you will get, you don't and because of the departmentalisation no one can fix anything for you, for example we had no heating for 4 months, during the snow (and my partner is asthmatic) because every time we called we got told we would get a call back the next day and never did. Even their own maintenance team from another building when he saw this one was appalled by it. It's a shame I have to say this because at the start I loved this building so much I voluntarily let them use my room for viewings, but don’t come here, it’s absolutely appalling how they treat people here and the services they supply (or rather don’t).

GoogleI had a great experience with the team who were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help me find the best possible arrangement for my stay in the apartment I'm currently living in. I'm very grateful for their support and highly recommend their services.

GoogleThis is awful place. Avoid at any cost. They are racist and do not respect the contract! After I paid for full one year studio, they emailed me few days before moving and said your contact was cancelled and they decide to rent it to someone else. They took the money in full and viewed the place 3 weeks before that. They did not give me a reason but it has to do with my nationality. The returned my money (thousands) very late giving me a very small window to look for a new place before my first day at university. Horrible experience! Please avoid.
