Happy to recommend both Sales & Letting Services, I have let my apartment through Wright Marshall three times & have had very positive experience each time. Great service & friendly staff. Very professional. Also let my son’s apartment & very successful again, the tenants also remarked that they were dealt with efficiently & politely. I am now dealing with the Sales team who have been proactive in all aspects of the sales process & are communicating well with me, the buyer & the solicitors involved in the conveyance. I have great confidence in their ability to do a professional job for me.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The view across the river towards Tata. Reminder of the industrial heritage of the area and a pointer towards the regenerative power of nature. A great walk.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Wright Marshall, Nantwich - Louise, Hannah and Debs. They provided a first class service from the start of the process of selling our house through to completion. Our sale was far from straightforward but Hannah always kept us updated and was always there to offer support when needed. If you want to sell your home then you should use Wright Marshall.

An Estate Agent that really excels at selling property

I never thought I would recommend an Estate Agent - but Wright Marshall, Nantwich Branch, have proved the exception. Fantastic experience using them to sell my house. A refreshingly professional, personal and cheerful approach was undertaken by Louise Chapman, Manager of the branch, which was reflected in the professional service of the telephone and office Staff. Their service throughout could not be faulted. By complete contrast, the Agent connected to the house I was purchasing never contacted me once to advise of progress or issues. Further, on a very stressful moving day, did not offer the service of bring the new home keys to the property - thus involving me in a 45 minute round trip to collect keys whilst trying to supervise removals. It left me wondering how the seller's agents could justify their high fees.Fortunately, Wright Marshall could not have been more helpful throughout, and i recommend them without reservation. Wright Marshall provided:1. Attractive and contemporary presentation of property on the website - with accurate listing (it matters!!) 2. Help/advice with presentation of property before listing3. High quality of photography with client input4. Regular liaison and updates between seller and buyer throughout the sale/purchase process.5. Regular liaison and updates with all parties solicitors throughout sale/purchase process6. Competitive commission rates

Amazing Customer Service, we are moving into a new area, and we had viewings with most of the estate agents in the area, however Abbie from wright narshall was in a class of her own, friendly, informative used proper sales skills to actually find out what we wanted, and inform us or the local area etc, Abbie kept us in touch of new properties on the market and find us what we wanted, to be honest we wouldn’t of dealt with anyone else as she was so professional and really interested in what we wanted. Amazing don’t go anywhere ended you’ll be left emotionless and disappointed.

Excellent service received many times. I have listed through Wright Marshall who I felt were completely on my side, despite receiving a few time-wasting enquiries. I also cannot thank Abby and Kris enough for their support and guidance on the Lettings side. I feel treated as a respected team member and again they go well beyond their call of duty in assisting me. Their efficiency, response times and professionalism have been outstanding. I have a lot of time for the teams at Wright Marshall and won’t hesitate to continue doing business with them either in purchases and sales and in Lettings.

It is a pleasure to extol the virtures of an estate agent as things can get a bit frenetic and worrying at an important time when selling a buying a house. With hand on heart Wright Marshall Nantwich have been excellent with my process. Not only professionally but so friendly...they have kept this OAP up to date on an almost daily basis. The staff in the office are excellent and always explaining every stage of the way. Have to take my hat to Debra Caine who has been my rock throughout...this poor lady has drawn the short straw when she got me and has been stalwart smiling all the way. So thank you all for a great ongoing service. Jean Bateman.
