Jack was brilliant throughout the process. He came and measured the property himself and gave me an accurate pricing based on the size, location and quality of the house. He then gave me regularly updates on viewings. I had a buyer pull out unnecessarily after two months due to no fault of my own and Jack reassured me and quickly found my a new buyer so that I didn’t lose my purchase. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Our experience with Jack from Wright Marshall Estate agents was excellent from the point of our first contact. He was prompt and professional when he came to visit the house we were selling and really made us feel that he was confident that he was the man we should trust to do the job. His enthusiasm was what made the difference between him and other agents one of whom didn't even turn up for a confirmed appointment. The sales package was clearly explained and competitive. We had a say and were listened to in the selection of photos used to sell the house. The preparation prior to going on sale was exemplary. A key point for us was that Jack was solely in charge of all matters relating to the sale, including the viewings, and there was no 'interference' from others in the office. There was an initial flurry of activity and viewings but when things quietened down after a few weeks Jack recommended strategies to re-energise the sale and he informed previous viewers of those changes one of which came straight in with an offer which eventually resulted in the sale agreement. Jack was constantly on the task of keeping the ball rolling by regularly communicating with solicitors to chivvy them along where necessary and kept us in the picture at all times. Mainly thanks to Jack, overall, we thought we had a thoroughly professional experience and have difficulty finding fault with what was our first house sale in over 40 years.

Approximately 6 months ago we agreed to purchase "a lovely cottage of our dreams" that Jack was selling for his clients.
