Great customer service! Me and my friends spent all together 4 years renting one of the student properties. The people in the house were rotating quite a lot because of the placements and Wright Marshalls delt with it perfectly. They were always available and respond quickly everytime there was any problem or we needed a help. All of us were very happy with their service especially with Kris, she was always understanding, really helpful and flexible with our needs.

We a received a professional service from Wright Marshall which was very responsive to any queries we had. Nick Hale gave us a realistic valuation and he was most supportive while setting up the sale. The staff members are all friendly and approachable and very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who is selling a property.

Great team and great experience with them. Good straight forward advice given from the start by Nick and property was advertised with an offer fairly soon after. Although the sale process was very slow and tedious, this was down to solicitors, however the team at Wright Marshal were very helpful during this period in chasing up and assisting in between with updates. Everything you could ask for in an estate agency, and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling in the area. Thank you Nick and team :)

We bought a new property through Wright Marshall Northwich and were really pleased with the help from start to finish. We had a lot of chasing to do towards the end of our purchase in ensuring that everything was lined up, Jane, Louise and Diane (Knutsford Office) were always on hand to help get things progressed and chase updates for us, always keeping us in the loop. Great service and helped us through some very nervy times, thanks!

My partner and I were debating doing work on our property before putting it on the market. We approached Wright Marshall, Northwich, and Jack Braithwaite came round to discuss our options and offered up suggestions and advice. This was invaluable and made our decision making so much easier. We appointed Wright Marshall on the spot and Jack with the support of the rest of team worked tirelessly to market the property and arrange a weekend of viewings. Jack and Alan conducted the viewings on our behalf and we achieved an offer over the suggested asking price the same week. The superb service didn't end there - Jack and Alan kept us up to date at every stage of the sale and made sure all parties were kept informed. Jack went above and beyond and helped us source an independent solicitor to witness additional paperwork. From beginning to end, Jack and the team exceeded all our expectations and I can't recommend them highly enough.

House Sale

I recently sold a house through Wright Marshall and the service I received from Louise and Hannah was exceptional. It was not a straightforward sale with many bumps in the road, this never phased them, and they went above and beyond throughout the whole process to ensure it was as smooth as possible. Amazing agents and highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell.

Excellent service from Wright Marshall in Nantwich

I am very pleased to recommend Wright Marshall, and in particular the Nantwich Branch based on my experience, as an executor, of selling a property in Nantwich.Louise Chapman, Manager of the branch, and her staff provided a professional and cheerful service. The excellent service Wright Marshall provided recognized the competing requirements of selling a property is a busy market and the delays in completing the process by the time it took to obtain the Grant of Probate. Wright Marshall could not have been more helpful throughout, and I recommend them without reservation.

Nantwich's Best Estate Agent!

We purchased our house from Wright Marshall Nantwich and can’t recommend them enough! We wanted to live in a particular place and from our very first contact with Louise we knew we were dealing with a very professional and friendly company. As soon as properties were listed Louise immediately sent them over to us and within a couple of weeks we found our dream home! From the initial offer right through to completion Louise, Debra in particular and Hannah were great at keeping us informed at all stages and even went above and beyond what they needed to do for us especially with the solicitors and one or two bumps in the road where our own agents should have been more efficient . When we needed something doing Debra was the lady who got it done! If we ever sell I wouldn’t hesitate at using Louise and the team again and if you are going to sell Wright Marshall Nantwich is definitely the agent to use. Thanks again for your brilliant and professional service.
