I strongly advise against using this company. They knowingly rent out houses that are unfit for habitation. Everything is prepared for show, but after a few months, mold and mildew start to appear. The contracts are designed to make the tenant move out so that they can steal the deposit! This is illegal and they should face legal consequences, and the company should be shut down immediately. Someone should finally take a look at their scam. The way they treat their customers only proves that they are exploiting people's naivety. Unequal treatment are the hallmarks of this business.

This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

Excellent service from everyone at Wright Marshall Estate Agent throughout our lengthy sale. We originally put our property on the market in 2021, having found a property we wanted. That was then taken off the market and we took ours of the market at the same time. Despite ours being under offer, Wright Marshall were supportive and understanding about our decision. When we found another property to buy in 2022 we went back to Wright Marshall and the excellent service continued. Exceptional Service from James, Jane and Diane from start to finish. James came round the day after I called the office and valued the property, he went through all my options thoroughly - within 48 hours the house had been photographed and was online although we already had numerous viewings booked in from their database. We had a round 20 viewings of the house and several offers. Within 1 week of my initial call to the office our house was SSTC (over the asking price). Diane, Jane and James kept us constantly updated on the progress and chased the solicitors trying to ensure a smooth transaction. I am happy to state that we were in our new property within 4 months. Just recently bought my first home with Wright Marshall and the process of the sale was very smooth and Diane was supportive and knowledgeable for every step of the journey. The one thing I will say is at some points it was slightly frustrating to have a pushy sales approach which was not necessary and did come across rude at times. For example, I received four missed calls back to back followed by an email from Diane's colleague and when asked Why? Received a stern response of simply wanting an update. Additionally, to improve the process of collecting the keys from the office once the sale has completed I would suggest a more personal approach, even as little as a card. I turned up to a sign out sheet for the keys and no "special" feeling.
