GoogleFantastic service! Finally an estate agent that actually cared! Michelle was great, straight talking professional and knowledgeable. Having never rented before, Michelle helped us through every stage of our application, always at the end of the phone or email, a real star. Thank you .

GoogleAVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID - Staff huff and puff on the phone - Never contactable when needed - replaced ripped flooring finally after 5 years requests - attended property without notice or approval to complete photographs for land lord to sell property; any apology....don't think so - instruct dodgy 'independent' company to do exit inspections on rented accommodation - want half deposit back when house was left immaculate and had not had any landlord investment during 7 year tenancy - did not reimburse over paid rent - the organised enterprise of attempted deposit thievery is practically criminal Like i say AVOID

GoogleBe aware, they enter the property unarranged and take photos. Which is a criminal offence, unacceptable and to be honest pretty cringy 👎🏻

GoogleThis is my reply from kym Collins having already waited 3 months for a deposit to be returned. "I will endeavour to fill in your form this year...don't you worry." Shocking place.
