GoogleReally great service from start to finish- we'd be hunting for a property for a while and weren't having much luck with how competitive the market is. The alerts we got from the team at Wright Residential made all the difference and once we'd secured a place we're absolutely over the moon with, they continued to be fantastic and made everything straightforward. Never any pressure to make a decision we weren't sure about, and really helpful from start to finish- we'd definitely use them again in future.

GoogleGreat agency - very helpful arranging viewings and fast and efficient process to agree tenancy. Very helpful with any snagging issues - their app is great to report issues and these are dealt with promptly. All the staff are very professional, friendly and provide an excellent service. GoogleThe staff at Wright are so friendly and helpful. This made the stress of moving a lot less painful. We were also offered a concierge service who set up all of our bills/internet/etc before we moved in which has made everything very smooth. So far we're very pleased to have Wright residential as our estate agents!

GoogleRented a 2 bed apartment from these. Paid a big deposit. Didn't really think much of it as thought I'd get it back at the end. Left the house pretty much same as first day I moved in apart from all the dirt from the rising damp throughout the house. They tried to pull a fast one to keep the deposit. If you rent from these, my advice would be to take a video of everything throughout the property on the first day. Take photos also. This will help you with the tenancy deposit scheme when they try to take your money at the end

GoogleAvoid Renting, Purchasing was fine. We have both rented and bought a house through Wright & Co. On the rentals side, staff are friendly but it was extremely difficult trying to get repairs or maintenance. Emails were ignored without a reply, and we had to chase things up repeatedly. This left us with problems left unaddressed for months. They also failed to reign in or advise the unproffessional landlord of the Market House. He tried to demand excessive deposit deductions. This eventually went to the Tenancy Dispute scheme, which sided in our favour. Purchasing was fine though, everyone was friendly and proffessional.

GoogleFantastic Service We had the pleasure of recently moving home with Wright & Co Rentals based in Sawbridgeworth. Moving home can be stressful enough, but due to the support given by Chris on the rentals team, things went so smoothly. His attention to detail and knowledge around the finer points of renting were exceptional. We would highly recommend Wright & Co for renting and buying, they add such a personal touch to the whole process and we even received a call from Chris to make sure we had settled in ok. 😃 A visit to the offices in Sawbridgeworth is a pleasure too as they welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable.

GoogleWe purchased a house with Wright and Co with Stuart being our sales person. Truely amazing service and we cannot thank Stuart enough. He listened to what we wanted and was always available when required. He even messaged us on the day of his holiday to wish us a happy move!
