GoogleBought and sold through W&Co in 2018 and returned to sell my property in Old Harlow again in 2026. William was our agent but the whole team were superb in getting things sorted, even when our buyer fell through at the last moment. No hidden fees, no hooks, just honest and personalised service. Would recommend.

GoogleWe have been using Wright Residential for many years now - they are experts in the local market - we would not consider anyone else for our rental property portfolio. Catherine is fantastic - the past two properties we have let with them have been let the first day they hit the market - at bang on the market value - we are very happy with the service.

So far the service has been fantastic, and I have been kept up to date with everything. Lauren & Angela have also been superb, and nothing seems too much for them. Very different to what I have previously experienced.

GoogleI am very happy to highly recommend Wright & Co. Richard dealt with the sale of my dad's estate property and he was excellent through out. In any sale for unique houses, there are issues that crop up. Richard handled these in a balanced and fair way that ensured our sale proceeded smoothly and rapidly. The benefit of working with Wright & Co is that the person who values your home, in our case Richard, is also the person who takes the sale all the way through to completion. That meant that we had an experienced and capable property professional dealing with our sale from beginning to end. This is a huge benefit for both the seller and buyer with the result that fair prices are achieved and sales are completed.

GoogleRecently moved into a property marketed by Wright & Co in Sawbridgewort⁸h, our first point of contact was "Chris" Lettings Manager, Initial first impression was professional, knowledgeable and extreemly courteous and professional. Based on this initial first impression I de identify to move forward with my property viewing, Chris took the time to fully go through the property, nothing was to much trouble I was suitably impressed. My wife and I are now in the property, no hiccups, all paperwork was ready for signing and again fully explained, 3rd day in the property we had a issue with the washing machine, call and explained issue to Chris and within 24 hours , the old one was out and a new machine installed. What more can I say, Chris of Wright & Co, is a credit to the company, for his attention to detail and professionally approach. A real pleasure to deal with him, if in need of a estate agent I highly recommend Wright and Co

Especially James and Sophie who are the most kind, friendly and reliable professionals I have ever dealt with. GoogleI am very disappointed with my recent experience with Wright & Co Estate Agents in Sawbridgeworth. I was told my application for a property in North Weald had been accepted by the landlord, but after that I was repeatedly fobbed off for almost two weeks. My emails were ignored, and I was given no clear updates. It was only when I happened to pass by the property and saw someone else inside that I realised it had been let to another tenant, without any communication to me. As a professional who has been searching for a suitable home for a long time, this treatment has been incredibly disheartening. At the very least, I expected honesty and timely communication. I feel other prospective tenants should be aware of this experience and approach with caution.
