Definitely one of the best (if not the best) letting agencies in Heaton. It was refreshing to not be treated like a student and they were very reasonable when it came to moving out and discussing the deposit. Would highly recommend.

Enormous agency fees and very little customer service. Spare yourself the headache!!!

Based on local research Wright residential charge the same or often less than other agents offering the same service. We pride ourselves on having no hidden fees, and have built our business up over the last 17 years through recommendations.

I stay in a house that is administered by them since 2013, I never had any problems that they would not solve, they are very supportive and very nice .

I would recommend this agency to anyone wanting to rent, I am their client since 2011 , always helping with everything you need , the staff is very nice and polite and there was not even one problem that they wouldn't help with.

Attempts to view a property through this estate agent first resulted in communication being ignored, followed by telephone conversations being "cut off" mid-conversation. I would avoid using such a service provider should I be letting a property as attempts to fulfil their primary role seem to be lacking in effort or professionalism.

Fabulous letting agent. kerry and the team were excellent when I was renting a property. Nothing was too much trouble and even if we had any issues they;d send someone straight out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent. My mam now has rental propertys and she has handed them to them to fully manage as well.

I rented a property off Wright residential for the last 12 months during my stay in Newcastsle and i am over the moon with everything they did for me. Kerry and cathrine have both helped me out from the day i stepped foot in their shop until the day i moved out. Their customer service can't be faulted at all and their range of properties is huge! They dealt with any problem(very few) that i had and there was no issue when resolving them. I'd highly recommend this company to anybody looking to rent in Newcastle!

From the first move in, Wright Residential was really a very lazy agent. They will not accompany you to your new flat. Everything has to be arranged by yourself. It is impossible to complain to them on the faults of the property because the agent is not there to look at it with you. Mind you that all electrical accounts, water, etc has to be arranged by YOURSELF. They refuse to help out. Secondly, don't be deceived by the photos they show on the inventory list. They crop their photos to hide the faults of the inventory inside the property. In their inventory list, they will claim that they are not experts at taking photos but when it comes to checking out from the property, they will try their best to make sure they find all faults possible of the property even though it was already there when you first moved in. Also during the last 28 days of your tenancy, there will be a lot of viewings of the property by future tenants. I have experienced 3 times a day of people coming in and out and intruding my privacy. There was once when the agent did not even inform me that they were coming for viewing and I let them in anyway. Do not deal with cheats like them. No matter what you say or proof you have given regarding the property's faults, they will pin it on you. They are very inconsiderate and your life will be very miserable as long as Wright Residential is your agent. I must say throughout the one year experience I had in Newcastle, this experience with Wright Residential was the most dissapointing and disgusting experience ever. I have told all my friends who have moved to Newcastle to avoid Wright Residential and blacklisted them from the whole group so that they will avoid dealing with cheats like this.
