We’re absolutely delighted with Wright & Co. After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish. Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion. He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly. That level of communication made such a difference during what can be quite a stressful process. A huge thank you to Richard and the whole team at Wright & Co for all their hard work, patience and support. You’re all stars! We would happily recommend Wright & Co to anyone looking to sell their home.

Worst Property Agency I've Ever Dealt With I have been living in the UK for the past 10 years, and this is by far the worst property agency I have ever experienced. We have been dealing with multiple maintenance issues in the property for a long time. Despite reporting these problems several times, getting them resolved has always been a struggle. We reported our latest issues over two weeks ago, yet no one has come to inspect or fix them. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to address tenants' concerns have been extremely frustrating. We feel ignored and as though our concerns do not matter. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property management company. Tenants deserve to be treated with respect and have maintenance issues dealt with promptly, but unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

During a long a tricky process the whole team (but particularly Paul D) showed patience, discretion, determination, positivity, professionalism and put in long hours. Due to the sale of our home, we had one week's notice to find rented accommodation.
