Wright Residential were a dream to deal with over the last 3 years while I rented my flat out. They were quick to get in touch with any problems and always were very proactive in resolving any issues to ensure the tenant's were happy. Wright Residential provided a comprehensive monthly statement with itemised expenses and detailed invoices covering any works done. These repairs, works undertaken or items purchased always seemed very reasonable and fair and their transparency was second to none. I would highly recommend Wrights Residential for managing a property and made my life so much easier compared to previous managing agencies I had dealt with.

Been calling the office line for nearly 4 hours. No answer. Just went past the estate agent , staff just sat looking at there mobile phones. Went into there office with my phone still ringing there landline, surprise surprise, phones were ringing but no one was answering there landline. What a joke. Won't be dealing with these lot that's for sure. It does apply to this chillingam road agency! Customers like ourselves do not appreciate when businesses like yourself lie or call customers liars. People deserve to know the truth and therefore this comment will remain. 4 hours, not a single person picked up a call nor responded back to the call. Instead have the curtesy to help your customers. Your message shows the lack of help.

Wright Residential and their staff have been incredible. It has been well-documented that in recent months that Estate Agents and Landlords have been sending out questionnaires and cherry-picking tenants - predominantly those with higher incomes - when it comes to viewing houses for rent. Me and my partner went through a very stressful period where we encountered this over and over again and were constantly subject to unwarranted judgments by several agents in Newcastle. Wright Residential did not do this, however. They adhered to the fairer principle that whoever signs for a property first receives it, regardless of their income or what they can do upfront. Their staff made the process of signing for a rental very stress-free and use a superb portal system to track progress and maintenance. Their staff are also incredibly helpful and polite, particularly Heather and Kerrie who we have dealt with personally. For anyone who has found themselves in a situation similar to us, sign up to Wright Residential's viewing list and go through these people. I could not recommend them highly enough and would urge anyone to refer to them as your first port of call!

A safe pair of hands… truly best in class! Not living in the local area means I need a good Lettings Agent for my property. I spoke to a few in my search and it’s Wright Residential who aced the requirements. They were engaging and responsive, taking the time to understand the local area of my property and how best to market it. They answered all of the queries I had, which of course there were plenty. I needed a little renovation work doing which was also a breeze, given they have excellent tradesmen on their books to cover all bases. Work was scheduled in quickly and executed to the highest quality and attention. You don’t just feel like a number on their books as they’re interested in you, your property and the excellent service they will provide. I am writing this review to give my genuine opinion from my side. I had a very bad experience during my stay at Newcastle as a tenant. They are not transparent. Discuss twice while paying your deposit, they charged me 500£ for some nonsense issues while handing over property to them. They are very lazy on your issue if you report through their portal, need to follow up on call. During viewing you will not have any chance to see any issues in property, while handing over they will charge you for that issue. In my case one of the window was not sealed properly and I need to put insulation tape to seal it during winter, they charged me for the removal of that small tape. There are a lot of such examples to write. They will not let you connect with the landlord directly.

We've only been with Wright Residential for a month so far but it's been a positive experience up to this point. The viewing and application process is much fairer than other letting agents in the area as it works on a 'First Come, First Served' basis. This, compared to filling out interest forms and being at the will of a landlord is much less stressful. It's easy to report any issues through the online portal and they are quick to deal with them once logged on the system. The staff members that we've spoken to have all been kind and personable, which is so much better than other approaches taken by agents in Newcastle. So far, it's a positive!

They have looked after a number of my properties over the years, During that time there have obviously been a number of problems with tenants and the properties themselves. Wrights just take on board all the hassle, and miraculously solve all the problems. I don’t have to worry about a thing- It’s all taken care of in a very professional, courteous and effective way. I defy anyone to find a more efficient letting company than Wrights. As a private landlord, we cannot speak highly enough of the excellent and reliable service provided by Wright Residential. They fully manage our property rental and are always quick to communicate and address any issues that have arisen either from the tenants’ perspective or our own. The staff are very courteous, knowledgable and efficient. If maintenance issues arise they are happy to employ our own preferred tradesmen but if required also have their own bank of very reliable tradesmen. We are very happy to recommend them.
