Very happy with the excellent team at Wright Residential. They have sorted everything out from finding a tenant, finding a decorator, picking keys up, fixing repairs to having professional cleaners in. They keep you in the loop every step of the way and are very helpful if you have any questions or queries. A very professional and approachable team. In February 2021 I started my search for a family home to rent, I had not rented before so I reached out to various estate/letting agents, finding a suitable property was proving difficult. Covid restrictions dint help but my biggest concern was I found some agencies unhelpful, didn't return my calls and the properties were below an acceptable standard that I expected. To add to this my family includes a cat, and because of this I found it even harder to find what we were looking for. In fact one letting agent was very rude about it. Then I found a three bedroom house with Wright Residential, I arranged a viewing with a lovely lady, who was helpful, friendly and very professional, we viewed the property and later that day we reserved the property, all staff were extremely helpful, and everything was processed quickly and they were always available for any questions. Nothing is ever a problem for them and they also seem to have a good relationship with the landlord. I am so pleased we found the property we were looking for, well maintained and cared for by the landlord, letting agents and now we are looking after it.You can log onto your property file and see everything about your tenancy agreement.
