GoogleWorst company ever!!! Very slow to fix problems. We're I lived repeatedly reported black mould and they never did a thing about it. Would not recommend them at all
Thank you for taking the time to place a review. As you are aware the black mould was as a result of tenant life style not a fault with the flat. Mildew is caused by condensation and can only be rectified by regular ventilation and heat. However we prefer not to use this public forum to discuss how you conducted your tenancy!

GoogleVery disappointed finding out that the agency requires oh to pay costs that they do not state in the contracts and under the DPS. Sadly cannot recommend.
Please could you remove this review as it does not apply to our agency but the agency who managed the flat you occupied. We did not take or hold your deposit or carry out a check out with you, so would be grateful if you could direct your concerns to the correct agency many thanks

GoogleFabulous letting agent. kerry and the team were excellent when I was renting a property. Nothing was too much trouble and even if we had any issues they;d send someone straight out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent. My mam now has rental propertys and she has handed them to them to fully manage as well.
