GoogleI have been impressed throughout with the professionalism and service offered by Wright & Co. Special mention to Chris, for whom nothing has been too much trouble. As a first time renter, he has made the entire process much less stressful for me. I would unreservedly recommend this team. They are professional, responsive and keen to help.

GoogleWorst company ever!!! Very slow to fix problems. We're I lived repeatedly reported black mould and they never did a thing about it. Would not recommend them at all
Thank you for taking the time to place a review. As you are aware the black mould was as a result of tenant life style not a fault with the flat. Mildew is caused by condensation and can only be rectified by regular ventilation and heat. However we prefer not to use this public forum to discuss how you conducted your tenancy!

GoogleWe would definitely rent again using Wright Residential. They are honest and helpful people who we had the pleasure of dealing with for the 7 months that we were tenants. Maintenance was dealt with promptly and communicating with Wright Residential was easy. Highly recommended letting agency for anyone looking to rent in Newcastle :)

GoogleWhen Tristan worked there, everything was great. But as soon as he left things went down hill. I have emailed 3 times in 6 days and had no response, I only imagine its because I am an ‘Ex Tennant’. Trying to get correct readings for meters as they are wrong for final bills. I think the fact all estate agents cannot charge ridiculous fees anymore, has made the careless and lazy now!
