Wright Residential have managed my properties for over 12 years and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Communication and a brilliant team is the biggest difference. Backed up by second to none knowledge of everything that is compliance which is just as essential at present, due to ever changing legislation. They make something which so many people get wrong appear quite simple. Finding and then looking after good tenants, avoiding voids, using reliable contractors and ensuring the property standard are maintained. Needless to say I am very happy with their service! Aidan

Absolutely a terrible firm....and it's guaranteed to rip you off. I rented a supposed furnished flat through them ...and within 3 months was hospitalized....and i put it down to breathing in spores from the mould on walls behind the supplied bed headboard. I woke up most mornings in this damp flat to find snails in the kitchen....on the floors and worktops. I lasted the 6 month term of rental ...and due to the fact that the flat i rented through Wright Residential was detrimental to my health I left. I cleaned the rental for days...and when the exit inspection was carried out I was told the following: - A cleaning bill of over £100 was required ....they found a few specks of dust under a horrible table held in the property. Everything else was clean - i was charged a further £100 or so for blocking the drains...this was odd...given the owner of the flat admitted the drain blockage was due, according to the firm called out to address the problem, to fat build up in the drains from a local Chinese takeaway My bond, on leaving the flat, was docked by the above trumped up ...contrived claims.... Wright Residential is to be avoided ....i still have the pictures of the snails and mould ...will add these laterNegativeProfessionalism

In February 2021 I started my search for a family home to rent, I had not rented before so I reached out to various estate/letting agents, finding a suitable property was proving difficult. Covid restrictions dint help but my biggest concern was I found some agencies unhelpful, didn't return my calls and the properties were below an acceptable standard that I expected. To add to this my family includes a cat, and because of this I found it even harder to find what we were looking for. In fact one letting agent was very rude about it. Then I found a three bedroom house with Wright Residential, I arranged a viewing with a lovely lady, who was helpful, friendly and very professional, we viewed the property and later that day we reserved the property, all staff were extremely helpful, and everything was processed quickly and they were always available for any questions. Nothing is ever a problem for them and they also seem to have a good relationship with the landlord. I am so pleased we found the property we were looking for, well maintained and cared for by the landlord, letting agents and now we are looking after it.You can log onto your property file and see everything about your tenancy agreement. Wrights seem to have a wide range of available properties making them a first choice for anyone looking to rent their next home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
