GoogleI have been a tenant for 3 years and I have not much to complain about. They've always been helpful and quite responsive every time I had an issue, their website platform works pretty well too. Nothing to complain about, staff is really nice!

GoogleI recently had a flat for rent , rang Wrights whom I have used for a number of let’s. Paul came out the next day and I had a tenant within a week and a higher rent than expected . I have always found Paul and all the staff professional but more importantly personal as can always ring for advice and help and have contacts for all the certificates needed which is a great help when it’s organised for you.

GooglePaul, Heather and Amanda in the Newcastle office of Wright Residential on Chilli Road couldn't have been more helpful in helping our friends find accommodation, and ensuring that they had everything they needed. They've also been very attentive in the weeks following, helping our friends sort out a couple of issues with their flat. Some letting agents, we find, just see you as a hassle, but Paul, Heather and Amanda have given us and our friends proper, personal service and shown that they actually care about their tenants and landlords. Highly recommended.

GoogleAs an accidental landlord, I have used the Landlord services provided by Wright Residential for more than 8 years. Initially this was on a tenant find basis. As my confidence with Wright Residential and the portfolio grew, I have started to use their full management service. I have always found Paul and his team to be highly professional, when dealing with property issues, ensuring compliance with current legislation and rental law. My usual contacts are Catherine, Kerrie, Heather & Amanda who I trust with their reliability and efficiency to deal with any property related issues that may arise. I would highly recommend to any Landlord or tenant to use Wright Residential as their one stop provider.

The team have been really friendly and helpful throughout our search and signing process, even working to complete our requests for improving the outdoor space before we moved in. The online portal for signing documents and reporting maintenance requests is easy and efficient. Would recommend :-)

GoogleWright & Co. sales team could not have been more accommodating and pro-active when it came to dealing with my house purchase. As a result, I was introduced to the Letting Team and I have been totally blown away with the service, attention to detail and overall competency of the staff, in particular, Chris. He has made me realise how terribly mismanaged my other properties are. A pleasure to deal with, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleYou're spoilt for choice for estate agents in and around Sawbridgeworth but you needn't look further than the team at Wright & Co. From the purchase of my first house in 2016 to its subsequent sale and purchase of my new property this year Stuart, William and the guys were always open and transparent, realistic and extremely patient as the search went much longer that we'd anticipated. It was always an easy conversation, despite the somewhat stressful nature of the subject and they were professional throughout. Even on days off Stuart was very prompt at keeping the chain updated on movements and did as much as they could to help move the pen with solicitors. I would have no hesitation in engaging them again should the need arise and can whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone else needing this sort of assistance.

GoogleI cannot thank the team at Wright & Co anymore than I possible can. The whole team have helped us push to get our dream home and when ever there were issues in the chain, they were sorted asap. When the lower chain issues occurred, Stuart was amazing! He was in contact every day, even on his days off, with the mortgage broker to get us an extension or chasing lower chain solicitors. Stuart is the most amazing agent and we truly are grateful for everything. And I write this sat in our new dream home!

GoogleWe rented through them and they managed the whole process for us, including sorting out maintenance issues pretty quickly and being first point of contact. Definitely one of the more reliable estate agents in the newcastle area, would definitely rent through them again!

GoogleWright Residential and their staff have been incredible. It has been well-documented that in recent months that Estate Agents and Landlords have been sending out questionnaires and cherry-picking tenants - predominantly those with higher incomes - when it comes to viewing houses for rent. Me and my partner went through a very stressful period where we encountered this over and over again and were constantly subject to unwarranted judgments by several agents in Newcastle. Wright Residential did not do this, however. They adhered to the fairer principle that whoever signs for a property first receives it, regardless of their income or what they can do upfront. Their staff made the process of signing for a rental very stress-free and use a superb portal system to track progress and maintenance. Their staff are also incredibly helpful and polite, particularly Heather and Kerrie who we have dealt with personally. For anyone who has found themselves in a situation similar to us, sign up to Wright Residential's viewing list and go through these people. I could not recommend them highly enough and would urge anyone to refer to them as your first port of call!
