When we decided to market or property, the choice of estate agent was critical to our plans. As we were on a tight schedule it was appreciated that Tim managed to fit in a appointment with us at short notice. From start to finish, I can't praise Williams & Goodwins enough, special mention goes to Julia who was our contact at the office. She was always available to keep us informed on how the viewings were going. And when we found our buyer Julia was invaluable to the smooth conclusion of the sale. After selling many houses over the years, my wife and I can whole heartedly recommend Williams & Goodwin.

I've been dealing with 'vanessa davies' whilst looking for a house, and she has been an absolute star! I feel so comfortable with her.. Like nothing is trouble for her and she's even stayed in work late one night for me whilst we were going through my house prefrences. She keeps me updated with my prefrences all the time through email which is brilliant. She really does go the extra mile for people! Very professional, friendly and an excellent staff member, I would recommend W&G to anyone looking for a home. Thanks guys

We have bought and sold many properties in the last 15 years and therefore have encountered many estate agents, Williams and Goodwin stand head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment Tim Goodwin came to value our house we where made to feel at ease and confident in the team. The turnaround from when we instructed them to our first viewing was a matter of days - as busy self employed people we where unable to do viewings so the team undertook all viewings for us - completely hassle free for us! The team has communicated throughly and consistently with us and the buyer leading to a speedy sale. We have felt comfortable in contacting and speeking to all the team at the Bangor branch and we will not hesitate in using them again and we will certainly recommend to our family and friend

We had a property to sell that was in need of modernisation. The sales staff were confident that the property would sell. They were all very friendly, informative and helpful and when they had an interested buyer, the staff kept us updated with the progress of the sale. The staff were highly proficient in negotiating the sale and in reaching a mutually acceptable price for the sale of the property. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with efficiently and diplomatically. They were truthful and gave realistic targets for the likely timescale for a sale. This is the second property that this Sales Office have sold for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Although I lived 80 miles away from the property I was buying through Williams & Goodwin and I never met any of the employees the information that I received over the telephone was incalculable, the staff were always courteous and any requests were dealt with promptly a well deserved pat on the back to all concerned and if ever I will have any property to sell in the future I would not hesitate to use the services of Williams & Goodwin..
