Iga was absolutely amazing with our property and never gave up with gaining us a property no matter what obstacles were thrown in her way. She stuck with us and kept us up to date on every step of the process, whether good or bad. GoogleDire service all round from the Grays branch. Rude, pushy staff, particularly Debby, backed up by Paul. They take the commission to sell your property but will only accept buyers if they take out a mortgage via WHB and they are not interested in buyers who already have pre-arranged mortgages or who want to arrange their mortgage themselves. Then in order to please the buyer, they try to pressurize you, the seller, to lower the asking price. They don't work for you the seller but for the buyer because they receive financial gain from arranging the buyer's mortgage and in some cases, their solicitors. GoogleAll the team at William H Brown was so helpful, even when our seller kept having difficulties with their move on, which hindered our move on W.H.B team stuck with our buyer and us and kept us in the loop with everything. GoogleExtremely unprofessional and unresponsive. My partner and I found a house that we wanted to view and we tried to book a viewing on Monday, we heard nothing back and kept calling the agency asking for a viewing and they would reply with "We will ask Dan to reach out to you" and other responses every time we would call back. Each agent would give a different response with no consistency, which seems like they do not even talk to each other in the office. We heard nothing back, when we called on Thursday, Dan finally answered the phone and said they do not want to give us a viewing anymore with no reason at all. Very poor service and would not recommend this agency, if you are trying to buy/sell your property.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf you are looking for a smooth, hassle free, communicative move DO NOT choose William H Brown. The sales pitch is professional and sleek leading you to believe you are in the best of hands, with a full dynamic sales team just waiting to use their extensive database to fill your calendar with viewings. Reality, sales team of 2 (could be 3 as I am unsure of 1 person's role). 1 of the 'team' the Manager himself describes as "I don't care if they have absolutely no customer service skills as they are my best salesperson ". You are given the staff personal phone numbers to ensure accessibility at all times. Reality, it can take days and many calls and texts to get a call back. Excuses along the lines of so and so's child is ill so i am covering them, been out all day at viewings (what about the other 2 days I've been waiting?), haven't had chance to speak to them yet, phone was in my drawer.... It is also ONLY the salesperson who sold for you who is allowed to converse, meaning they take annual leave you are left hanging. No central file for anyone else to pick up. Imagine your job grinding to a halt because you are off? If you want transparency, hmmm.... They say they like buyers to use their brokers, solicitors etc as it makes it easier to manage the sale. Reality, out of 3 buyers, 2 have had credit issues only found out months in, you cannot speak to the broker and the broker cannot convey to the salesperson due to GDPR! The experience at best is mentally draining. They make you feel that you have issues because you require an update. It is already a stressful procedure made a whole lot worse by staff that act like your friend rather than providing a professional service. Footnote: In 4 days my new agent has secured me 4 viewings, 2 repeat viewings and 3 offers with seamless communication throughout

They provided excellent service and helped us finding a wonderful property which we really love to live in. GoogleHow do you describe the effort of a single individual in a few words? I cannot emphasise the gratitude that I have for SARAH ELLIS . She is the one of main reason that I am a homeowner today. Unfortunately my solicitor have failed to keep me well informed or up-to-date over the past few months and in particular the last two weeks of my purchase. However Sarah was the ONLY person who ALWAYS answered my calls and replied to my e-mails. She would call my solicitor and vendor solicitor regularly to keep escalating my queries on my behalf. Where others failed to maintain professionalism and lacked enthusiasm, Sarah was able to keep both her and my head above the water at all times. On occasions, I had almost given up on this purchase and decided to take my custom elsewhere. It was her persistence and hard-working ethic that led to the completion of this purchase. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and your help is highly appreciated. I am still struggling to answer the question: How do you thank someone who helps you buy your home? GoogleWe had one small hic up but that was not directly the fault of William H Brown. Debby Black my agent was always there for me be a gentle hand holding session or business questions. I have not sold a house before so found the process very stressful but Debby was my gaudian angel throughout and I would happily give her 5 stars. Also purchasing a replacement home and although this was through a different agency Debby is always there with advice and guidance.

GoogleI used WHB for the sale of our property and despite being in lockdown they managed to secure a good number of viewings. Having lost our initial buyer at quite a late stage, within 48 hours a new buyer had been found and once Paul had taken ownership of our file he worked extremely hard to ensure the sale progressed. I'm sure I was very demanding of him (!) however all parties were conscious of the pressure we were under from the developers of our new home. Overall all, a really good experience and Paul was very professional and a pleasure to work with.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI recently sold my flat & below is my review on my sales Progressor - Sarah Ellis. I was impressed with Sarah throughout the sale process. It was clear to me from when Sarah phoned to introduce herself that she doesn’t mess around, wants to get things done ASAP & is pro active. Sarah kept in touch regularly until the completion day & was the one who suggested an exchange & completion prompt to the buyers to get things to the end. I also don’t like messing about & like to get things done, so it was good to work with Sarah during this. Would definitely recommend Sarah.
