GoogleI deal mostly with Daniel Appleby (broker) and Olga Summer (agent) - I had an excellent service from both of them and they were very responsive and professional. I had some responsiveness problems with the conveyancer they suggested, but that was due to the particular employee. Olga went out of her way to keep them under pressure and complained until we got assigned a different employee of the conveyancing firm which has been efficient and fast. In the end we were able to complete the transaction before the end of the stamp duty holiday of June 2021, so that was great.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

He has helped us throughout the process of over 8months including making offers and initiating process of few properties and then the entire process on the property we finalised. GoogleHi was purchasing a property from them however the sellers solicitors were taking exceptionally long but thanks to Alex Pedro who was there first chasing them up then he handed my case over to Charlie Maynard as he moved to another branch. I was kept informed of the proceedings and also they help speed up the process.very knowledgeable team. I Would definitely use this agent again if i need to again in the future. I would recommend William H Brown to anyone especially the team at Gidea park Branch. Thanks a lot and really appreciate your help.

GoogleI have never felt compelled to leave a review for an estate before as I'm an owner operator of my own independent estate agents in Goodmayes. A large part of any agents sales will be in a chain and often having to deal with inexperienced/unresponsive agents can be a real pain. Im writing this review as Charlie was none of the aforementioned!. Absolutely cracking guy, responsive, professional and a delight to talk to.. He also went the extra mile for my sellers who were buying from him and he made the whole process a pleasant experience for them too. Top marks Charlie!!...
