Thank you to the whole team for their professional service during the sale of our property. From the first meeting with Alana to Debby in the sales team and Sarah who assisted with progressing the sale, my family and I would like to say a huge thank you. I just want to say a massive "Thank you" to the whole team for their efficient service. From the first meeting with Alana and Debby in the sales team, to Rob who got my mortgage for me, and then Sarah who helped with the purchase of my flat. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The Chain I was involved in was not easy and we had some very intense moments. But being a true professional Sarah got it sorted and I can't thank her enough for this. The whole firm really is professional and I would definitely recommend them to everyone and I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you so much!!

Recently viewed a property, was told by staff they would ring next day. But they never did. So i emailed an offer, then again the next day. Never heard back, never received any replies not even a simple acknowledgement of recieving offer, rejection etc. Very unprofessional and shoddy practice. Avoid this company.

I cannot praise the team highly enough! From start to finish and even follow up, everybody at the office went over and above to help make my sale and purchase go through as smoothly as possible, regardless of any problem I (or Covid) presented them with. Luke the Manager was polite, helpful and sooo patient as was Dan the Financial Advisor. They kept me up to date with everything and even made phone calls on my behalf that they didn't need to (Special thanks to Olga who also helped me). Dan went out of his way to get the best product for me and explained everything fully so that even I could understand which must have exhausted him! In fact the house I am currently buying was shown to me as soon as it became available and before it was advertised on the open market, a preference that proved invaluable.
