GoogleAppalling. Memorandum of Sale was issued on the 05/05/21. The number of incoming calls with updates - ZERO! When calling the branch calls are unanswered and when they are answered Debby says that she hasn't had a chance to deal with the sales progression and would call back, which she never does. Only this morning she said, when we spoke last week I said I would call you on Tuesday, I will call you later. Guess what, no phone call. Guess what, WHB will not be on the list of agents to call when the house comes up for sale in the future. Shameful - you give estate agents bad nameNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have been experiencing unprecedented levels of business over the last couple of months with the stamp duty holiday coming to a close and have recognised the need for additional staff to enable us to maintain our customer service standards.
