GoogleIt took me 2 years after the purchase of my home to write this review..mainly so I don't write anything whilst in the heat of it. I dealt with Luke who is apparently the manager of the Rainham branch. Luke is a fraud. He initially started with 'if I go with their broker, I will have more chance of securing a property through them'. Being a first time buyer and naive, I went with their broker. This did not work in my favour at all. He often wanted me to go over the asking price and finally when I secured a property, came off the market, instructed solicitors and booked in surveyors, he went with another buyer. I assume he agreed a deal under the table which benefitted him. He called me and said unless I can now go 2k above what the other buyer is offering then I have lost the property. I think Luke just didn't like that I had spoken to vendors directly but its a dirty business indeed. I wasn't too stumped as it was my first property not my dream property! Would I use their 'lifetime brokerage service'..probably not.

She helped me find my dream property after years of looking and with a tough market during the SDLT break she would always update me before a property was coming live and get me in asap. the whole process was so seamless and she got me over the line to completion so smoothly. Thanks Margaret for all your help.

GoogleI sold my house with WH.Brown. The help I got from them, through offers to completion was first class. I spoke regularly with Lauraine and Margaret and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would happily recommend them, they made the whole process easier to deal with.

GoogleTook just over two months, from first viewing of property to mortgage application and picking up the keys. this is by far the quickest I have experienced Dan and Margaret were amazing, very helpful and always on hand. Mortgage was arranged through WHB and Dan was excellent, and managed the process to completion really well. Thanks Margaret for all your time and effort. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWhere do I begin, nearly a year on from my purchase. I just knew from the minute I walked into the office, and was introduced to Margaret and Dan my journey in landing first property was in safe hands. Margaret was exceptional when helping us view all the properties throughout the area. As you do we fell in love with one of the properties and without the help of Margaret and the team purchasing it would not have been possible. With all the highs and lows of purchasing a house we managed to get there in the end. “Thank you Margaret” from me and the family. Dan with his expertise skill set in getting us the best mortgage at the time. Even now is talked about a stroke of genius from the man himself, especially the way rates are in this current climate but I'm sure he can still get you the best. Always recommending him to friends and family. Overall if you are looking to purchase a property in Rainham this is the team you want in your corner. Thanks guys.

GoogleI don't know if it's just me , but, they either do not pick up or never get back to you. I've registered with them twice and have received nothing. Their website doesn't allow you to book viewings. I don't find them very helpful

GoogleAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!! Absolute complete set of incompetent, inexperienced people. Buying and selling properties over two decades i've never had a more awful experience. If you seriously care about getting your property sold or being able to trust that your estate agents represent you fully as clients, DO NOT USE. If you are a buyer, BEWARE. They will repeatedly lie and invent things to get you to complete the transaction, spend thousands only to be left with no property at the end due to inconspicuous circumstances. Be particularly wary of the branch manager Kieran Jones and Charlie Maynard, very very low quality professionals. Once again, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
