Recently sold my property through them. It was a particularly difficult sale as it was part of a divorce as well as the management company being extremely awkward with providing information to solicitors. Allways kept well informed and very very helpfull staff. As I said it was a difficult sale due to the situation and it took 20weeks to complete. But this was made a lot quicker with the help from William H Brown who Was always very quick to get or ask assistance when they had obstacles especially when the management company became difficult to extract relevant documents and information for the solicitor. Originally we went with multi agency with 3 estate Agents However it was clear from the outset that William H Brown were cut above the rest, Paul Hull did the original appraisal and his manor and professionalism was second to none!... After 2 weeks they had put forward the most viewings so I decided to go exclusive with William H Brown.
