GoogleI want to say thank you to Sophie Prentice one of the best that works at the Grays branch. She has been helpful and excellent in how she communicates. Most people I have come across have been very rude but Sophie is patient and polite and explains everything in detail and also answers all my questions. So far the best.

I am giving it four stars now, as Neil has been so helpful and professional. Neil is quick to assist with queries and questions over the telephone. Neil sees the bigger picture.
