I used William H Brown mortgage advisor to organise my mortgage for me and can't reccomend them enough. I'm a first time buyer and the process was overwhelming but Hal Plummer from the team was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions and talk me through the process while I was property hunting. I didnt buy through William H Brown so can't comment much on the estate agent, but I did have a friendly service on any viewings and felt they listened to what I was looking for rather then just sending me every flat under the sun. I felt the service was very honest and trustworthy in an industry where you can easily be ripped off so am very grateful to them and would definitely reccomend.

Absolutely ridiculous service I had to chase up on viewings myself only to be told that they won’t be able to do the viewing 20 minutes before I was supposed to arrive and they would have to reschedule but don’t know when. Ironic considering when I told them that I was looking to move next month they said that’s not good enough they need someone immediately. What a waste of time and money to get there
