GoogleSelling process was quick and seamless, Mark was extremely good at explaining everything. Using the same solicitors (juno) as buyers helped the whole thing move along quickly, they were very responsive. would recommend to anyone buying or selling as communication from WH Brown Team and Solicitors i could not fault

GoogleI invited over 5 different agents from 5 different company to value and sell my property. Paul came for William H Brown and his experience and knowledge made me chose to go with them. From the beginning they’ve been amazing at handling everything. Michelle and Toni-Leigh kept me updated and kept pushing for the house to go through as my buyer was stalling. GoogleMe and my partner can’t be anymore happier we met billy who showed us the property and showed us around. If we had any questions they were always answered The hand over of the keys was fast and easy and the system they have in Place for tenants is next level. From start to finish billy and his team was there. We really can’t praise him enough. The hole team at this establishment are kind, Caring, And professional I would strongly recommend anyone to them!! GoogleGood morning William h brown i had a great experience with them thay put my house on the market on a Thursday within two days and loads of viewings over three days and on the Monday i got a phone call from them with three offers for full asking price which I was very pleased with. They were very good at their job thay followed through with everything from start to finish well done whillam h brown and all the staff especially toni and pual well done for all your help . Dionne has been our single point of contact throughout our tenancy, she is warm, personable, professional and always willing to help. GoogleVery fast, smooth and seamless process. Less than 3 months from offer to completion even though there was a long chain. Summer Rudduck and Toni-Leigh Taylor kept us well informed of progress, pointed out all the bottlenecks upfront and helped us circumvent them throughout.
