Never trust this branch, especially Sunisha and Jason. They will play with your emotions and give you false hope. We waited over 6 months for a house in RM5, which is back to market now. We wasted money on searches and a survey, only to be left with nothing. The seller didn’t even have an onward purchase lined up, yet the agents kept pushing us to exchange and complete after 3 months. They just manipulated their buyers so never trust them specially if you are buying. Throughout the entire experience, the communication was poor, pressure was high, and transparency was completely lacking. They clearly cared more about closing a deal than doing what’s right for their clients. Never again. Avoid William H Brown Gidea Park at all costs. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

We have been extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from this branch throughout the sale of our property. After we accepted an offer, the team essentially disappeared, leaving us to handle both transactions ourselves. We were forced to coordinate between all parties, chase solicitors, follow up with the lender, and manage the entire process over the course of four extremely stressful months. WHB provided no meaningful support or assistance during this time. Even the estate agent representing the property we were purchasing expressed their shock at the appalling service we experienced. They had to step in and fill the gap left by WHB to ensure our sale was progressing. The only time we witnessed any enthusiasm from WHB was when they signed us up. After that, their level of professionalism, engagement, and service declined dramatically. Their sole tangible contribution was organising the viewings, and beyond that, they offered little to no value.

Hi was purchasing a property from them however the sellers solicitors were taking exceptionally long but thanks to Alex Pedro who was there first chasing them up then he handed my case over to Charlie Maynard as he moved to another branch.
