GoogleHad a valuation booked in for today at 12pm and no turned up! When I spoke to the guy who was meant to be valuing my house he said that the contact centre hadn’t booked it in his diary. Very unprofessional service if you ask me!? And to top that off when I said I wouldn’t be using William H. Brown the guy said ‘Brillaint’ and slammed the phone down! Avoid this company and Daniel Flanders at all costs!

GoogleI have just purchased my first house and Ashley at William H Brown did an amazing job of getting the sale over the line. My purchase had a few hiccups along the way, but he made the process much easier. I really appreciated his no nonsense attitude and the fact that he went out of his way to tie up loose ends and keep things on track. Thanks for all your hard work.

GoogleI don't know if it's just me , but, they either do not pick up or never get back to you. I've registered with them twice and have received nothing. Their website doesn't allow you to book viewings. I don't find them very helpful

GoogleThere are no words to express the incompetence of the Gidea park branch..they just want you on their books..they couldn't sell an icecube to someone dying in the Sahara desert. Valuable lesson learned....STAY AWAY!!!!
