We put the property up for sale in July 2022 and finally completed the sale last week as our first buyer pulled out. Lorraine was very helpful with securing a number of viewings of the property and Marc the manager gave us sound advice. The only issue was it seemed to take a while for the property to go in the market and the first valuation was a bit high although we were unlucky with the housing market stalling due to interest rates going up.

From the initial valuation Marc Mcilveney presented himself as very professional with a good working knowledge of the local and wider housing market. He gave us good information and advice on the expected value and time span to sell etc . This sale was not easy and quite protracted which was no fault of Marc. It was from our side that all of the problems arose. Marc was very understanding and empathetic to our personal issues doing everything possible to find work arounds and solutions to help us move forward. Although he was being pressured by the buyer he was able to manage their expectations and not expose us to the pressure while encouraging us to move forward. He negotiated some very good solutions with the buyer to enable us to complete the sale on a timeline that all parties were happy with. I would highly recommend Marc.

Absolutely ridiculous service I had to chase up on viewings myself only to be told that they won’t be able to do the viewing 20 minutes before I was supposed to arrive and they would have to reschedule but don’t know when. Ironic considering when I told them that I was looking to move next month they said that’s not good enough they need someone immediately. What a waste of time and money to get there
