GoogleAs a young couple we were told it'll be difficult to find an affordable place. William h Brown helped us out a lot. Found the right place that fit us, gave constant support when there was issues with documentation and overall were just as nice in branch as well as over the phone.

Paul Hull came around to value our house after us having valuations on our property from 3 other local estate agents He stood out a mile with his professional approach and honestly. There were a few hiccups along the way, stressful and frustration at times but Georgia O'Leary who actually sold our house was so positive, bubbly and enthusiastic that after speaking with her you felt a bit more relaxed because of her positively. I would highly recommend William H Brown if you are thinking of putting your property up for sale.

They was so polite, friendly and helpful. Especially I would like to thank Chloe and David because they found for me and my family our dream home!! GoogleWe sought an estate agent to find tenants and manage our rental flat and felt that David from William H Brown had a great understanding of our concerns as first time landlords which gave us added confidence compared to other estate agents who were quite cut throat. David provided a personalised service and was highly meticulous at finding suitable tenants for us since we were very particular clients. David made the whole process stress free from the start and guided us through the process, always being at hand to answer any questions. We will use William H Brown again without any hesitation and highly recommend them for their personalised services

She was always great at keeping us updated and in the loop. And to help us get over the many hurdles we encountered from our side. GoogleAfter initially instructing another agent to sell my property and realising very early on that I was definitely not receiving the service I was promised I was at the point of taking my property off the market. I then decided to use the service of William h brown and it was the best decision I ever made. Paul came round and valued my property and assured me of a professional service and that’s exactly what I got. The service I received was excellent and they sold my property almost immediately. I cannot recommend highly enough Anthony who I dealt with mainly he kept me fully updated with everything and took all the stress out of selling a property. He arranged and did my viewings and provided a seamless service from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend William h Brown and without question would use their services again and would like to thank Anthony and Paul for all their help and support throughout this process they went above and beyond my expectations.

GoogleI had the most horrible experience 2 weeks ago with a different estate agency and then I came across William H Brown. I was looking to let a place absolutely urgently and to the rescue came David wearing a red cape and waving a wand. He was amazingly brilliant. On day 1 he put up with me constantly calling and texting him. The 2nd day I didn't bother nagging him because i knew he was on the ball rushing my application and getting the job done. Came the 3rd day the lovely David gives me a call telling me I can pick up the keys and move in. Never have I known letting a property could be done so fast and thanks to David and his determination, understanding and empathy to my situation he rolled 2 sixes and pulled the rabbit out the hat. I want to thank him sincerely for his efforts and I would be telling people to just buy or let a home purely to let David handle it because trust me when I say he deals a very good deal!! By far he is definately the best Lettings Manager ever!!

GoogleThere are no words to express the incompetence of the Gidea park branch..they just want you on their books..they couldn't sell an icecube to someone dying in the Sahara desert. Valuable lesson learned....STAY AWAY!!!!

GoogleWilliam H Brown have given me 5 star service from start to finish . I dealt with Steve and Tara who was in constant contact and helped with my sale so much , infact it wouldn’t have gone through as quick if they didn’t work so hard . I would only use William h Brown in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough . P.s They sold my house in only 4 days 😁😁

GoogleAs a potential buyer I have had an extremely poor service from William H Brown. We went to view a property on the market with this agent, placed an offer for the asking price and never received any call/feedback from them at all. The branch manager Stephen gave us his card at the viewing telling us to call him at any time. We have called over 4 times leaving messages asking him to call us back to get an update and a week later still nothing! They have not even had the decency to keep us updated. Thanks to rightmove we have seen this property is now showing sold so we will continue to search for our perfect home but would certainly NOT recommend this agent!!
