She was extremely helpful and went over and beyond expectations by ensuring the process went smoothly. When there were various obstacles, which were compounded by the pandemic, she was exceptional by advising and contacting all the relevant people in the process that needed to be contacted. She worked very hard to ensure that we successfully completed our purchase. Debby thank you very much for an excellent service, a job very well done and from very happy customers.

The very unusual thing about Rob is the pace at which he replys messages, his response is always swift and is always ready to assist irrespective of the time of the day, which i think most people lack in our times. I would highly recommend him for anyone !!!!!

GoogleI cannot praise William H Brown and the team enough! From the first visit to value our home, the process has been so painless. Alana came to value our property, she explained the process so well, what would happen, how much we should market for and what to expect from viewings to completion, she made us feel so at ease. Then we had the photographer Gary come round, well, what can I say, professional, quick and my home looks amazing. Debbie then contacted me to make sure that I was happy with the listing and from then both herself and Dan went all out to get me viewings! Wow! I was in shock, 11 viewings in 2 days and every single one turned up!!! They were all lovely too and in a position to buy, so no timewasters. I'm so confident we'll get a sale. The listing went live on Thursday, we had viewings on Friday and Saturday, it's now Monday and we've had 2 offers above asking already and just perfect buyers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Googledo not return calls for a potential viewing. left us standing outside a property for 20 minutes for a viewing, only to be told we weren't on the list! did get shown around in the end but completely unprofessional in every way

GoogleI would like to thank the whole team of Rainham 'William H Brown Estate Agents', especially Luke Humphries, who has been patiently worked with us for almost 6 month to get the property we desired for. The value of the property we have been sold was very reasonable. During the time of completion we realised there is a new train station opening called 'Beam Park Station' which will be about 5min walk from our house. Knowing this it made us very grateful for choosing such how in such area. We couldn't have been done that without the effort of the team. GoogleI used Daniel Appleby for my mortgage in this branch and his services has been nothing but excellence. I had an extremely difficult case but Dan managed to help me either way. He went above and beyond on his services, he has a depth of experiences and is well knowledge. Dan is honest and upfront with everything and is always looking out for his customers best interest. I was so happy with his services I even referred a friend who also used him too! He is my go to man with any question I have, no matter how silly they are he is always willing to help, I am a first time buyer and without Dan's help I would of been very lost in the whole process! Im actually glad I paid a fee for his lifetime services, I am extremely impressed with him and looking forward to using him again! Keep up the good work Dan and I will keep referring people to you! GoogleI Have been using William Brown for their mortgage advisor Daniel Appleby. I came into contact with Dan while viewing a property, I already had a mortgage advisor but after a quick chat with Dan I realised I was using the wrong person! Dan has been amazing the service he has given has been second to none! He got me a much, much better deal than my original broker! He has been an absolute rock when other people have messed me around! I have left dealing with other estate agents and putting in offers to Dan and he does a fantastic job!
