GoogleIf you need mortgage advice I would look no further than the mortgage adviser Rob Jones I went to see him and he was amazing, I told him what I was looking for and he translated it into what was currently on offer. He was very knowledgable and professional but very friendly which put me at ease straight away, I donβt usually do reviews but I felt that he deserved the acknowledgment and praise. GoogleGood morning I would like to share my experience with you because from the beginning to end Rob Jones has been there for my family and I. He has helped me find a mortgage lender for my buy to let and new property and has kept me updated throughout. I don't really have much knowledge about the property game but he talked me through it. I now have a reasonable understanding of mortgage procedures. He is definitely an asset and a God send because we were having difficulties finding a Broker who could fulfill our needs. GoogleA very hard working team. Special thanks to Paul and Debbie for there complete professionalism. Easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. I love that they have branches all over and they network with each other, which gives them the edge over βlocalβ one off estate agents. I would 100% recommend them for your house sale. GoogleHad the pleasure of viewing a few homes with Debby and I can recommend her wholeheartedly. We had just lost a house we wanted roughly 2 weeks before completion and we were heartbroken and dissapointed when we met Debby. She went the extra mile to help us find a new home quickly so we don't loose our buyer, to accommodate our busy schedule and help us find our new home. Her choices and recommendations were very appropriate, she was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. Very kind and compassionate she nursed us back to hope and helped us through the fear and dissapointment. She found us 3 homes that were so perfect for us from very different aspects that we found it very difficult to choose as they each had advantages we had not considered previously. Throughout the process I noticed that the sellers who's homes we had visited seemed very fond of Debby and she was offering both us and them very honest and constructive observations and advice. I would not hesitate to contact Debby and William H Brown in the future to sell our home (when the time comes) and help us find our new home as the family grows.

GoogleUpon meeting Charlotte Ellis (Mortgage Consultant) I was made to feel comfortable. I entered her office nervous about achieving my goal of buying a property however by the end of the meeting as a result of Charlotteβs guidance and assessment she assured me that it was achievable. Charlotte maintained regular communication with me on progress, always available via phone or email to me whenever needed. I am near the end of my process and she is still ensuring that my process keeps moving, whenever a stand still has occurred, she has pushed things through. I highly recommend Charlotte, she is professional, understanding, confident, knowledgeable, thorough, and proactive, Your service is outstanding. GoogleHad a valuation booked in for today at 12pm and no turned up! When I spoke to the guy who was meant to be valuing my house he said that the contact centre hadnβt booked it in his diary. Very unprofessional service if you ask me!? And to top that off when I said I wouldnβt be using William H. Brown the guy said βBrillaintβ and slammed the phone down! Avoid this company and Daniel Flanders at all costs!

GoogleI had a very positive experience buying a property through them. Daniel was amazing! He was always around whenever i wanted to get another view at the property and would answer any queries I had, he was very patient and dealt with all the concerns I had. I would definitely use them again!
